• The price of premium subscriptions will be clearly stated on the platform.
• Access will be granted immediately upon successful payment.
• Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not applicable. However, please contact us for technical issues.
• Subscriptions auto-renew — to cancel, go to your settings.
• Payment gateway is secure — we do not store card details.

ExamO2.in is a best-effort service. We cannot guarantee that:

• The platform will always run error-free or without interruptions.
• Practicing mock tests will guarantee good exam results — performance depends on your own preparation.
• All content is always 100% error-free — if you find a mistake, let us know and we will fix it.

ExamO2.in will not be liable for:

• Exam results or career outcomes — these depend entirely on your own efforts.
• Data loss due to internet connection issues.
• Platform not working correctly due to your device or browser.
• Issues with third-party links or services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend an account at any time if:

• The Acceptable Use Policy is violated.
• Platform abuse, fraud, or cheating is detected.
• Required by law or court order.
